Toshiba 56HM66 DLP TV. When I turn it on no picture just sound. I have to turn it off and on several times before there is a picture. Occasionally there is a buzzing noise before the picture comes on. Occasionally the picture will look like an "x-ray" and go out then I have to repeat the off and on process. Sometimes the picture will "flitter" before it "warms up" then the picture is perfectly fine. It seems to get harder and harder for the picture to work. PLEASE HELP!!!

well this particular symptom occurs frequently due to the ballast board is not sending the proper voltage.
