ok, I put in a new bulb and it was too dark so I WENT TO THE SECOND MENU. This was done buy pushing the menu on the tv and remote the same time. Gosh I was so smart well I messed with all of the controls trying to make the piture brighter.
I did not seat the bulb in its hollder right and that works fine now, however,I really messed up the factory preset and cant find any settings or a reset button.
what happened to a rest set button like for a router?

There might be a setting to reset to the original default settings, However the code or button can be found (if available) in you tv's manual. Unfortunately the manufacturers don't post this info.
