I have a HLP5067W that I recently bought for cheap ($50) that doesnt work....hence Im assuming its the lamp......took the lamp out and low and behold its basically shattered inside the lamp.....
anyways, the label on the tv says BP96-00608A(P) and the label on the lamp enclosure says BP96=00823A(O)....
in reading up on it...they say to use the one on the enclosure....so i went t0 www.discount-merchant.com and searched for the 823A but what comes up is BP96-00826A replacement enclosure or the BP96-00837A replacement enclosure. The 837 looks the the one that came out...but no 823?? and both the 826 and 837 show they are compatible with my tv....sooo...?
Im confused on which one to buy and dont wanna buy the wrong one...
