Physical picture adjustment Vertical and horizonta

I had to pull the chasis out to replace the color wheel and a deep dust busting, anyway now it looks like my chasis is off because I have a huge black border on the bottom like 6 inches and now I have a shadow like haze on the left side and top which are about 4 inches. I have gone into the menu and adjust the horizontal and vertical, but to no avale. Any ideas?? I have searched for a repair manual and have not been able to find one. I have a HLR4266W.
