guys, i'm stumped and need some help determining what the problem is:
there's is a relatively loud hissing coming from my power supply. it sounds like a tire losing air, not a buzzing or a humming. physically, i don't see any bad capacitors on the board (I've replace 4 that were bad). I'm wondering if it's another capacitor(s) making that sound, or if it's the transformer?

the hissing could be another form of magnetostriction from the power supply... can you get a recording of it or try to isolate where it's coming from?
