Samsung HLR5067WX/XAA. HELP. PLEASE

We were just watching tv and heard a pop, then a constant loud noise and our screen is now black and white. What is the problem?
sorry to hear that
this is a simple fix however, It can be one of 3 consumable parts in your tv...1- the most obvious and common is the Lamp, it will pop and maybe buzz when it does. have you removed it?
2- the colorwheel, when it shatters or malfunctions can give you a whirling or screeching sound.
3- highly unlikely in this case, but it powers up the lamp and can create a buzzing or clicking sound if it is not working properly or if the lamp is blown...
