my samsung would not come on replaced bulb came back on , next day smell wire burning . after plulling bulb out can see melting on one of the lamp and ballist connecters.. do i need to just change the bulb and the ballist or is their somthing else I should check also... could new bulb been wired wrong .i did see warning about making sure its pluged in good i will make sure it is ,dont want to burn my house down..
