Hello,

When I turn my TV on I get a picture, then the TV shuts down and I get the click and Timer/Lamp/StandBy-Temp flash.

I have removed the lamp, it has a few chips in the back where the cement is to hold it, but other than that the lamp looks fine. All connections are sturdy.

I have look at the Ballast and nothing is swollen.

All fans are running, the fan next to the lamp the wires are a little toasty but the fan is moving.

I have read the manual and Forums and have order a Lamp and Assembly.

falcon did you ever figure out what this could be ? i have the same problem with my 56" , the tech that came by said it was a ballast issue i replaced it a few minutes ago and same exact problem .
