OK, first off i know very little about fixing TV's. And i want to fix this myself. Here's what i have going on.....plug tv in. One click from back of set. Lamp comes on and i hear the color wheel spin. power button is solid. Then one click from back of set and tv truns off. power button blinks 5 times then goes solid and repeats. From what I've read I'm thinking it's the power supply and not the lamp? Also i just garbage picked this tv. so i have no history with it. thanks for your time and help!!

You could be on the right track, just to make sure, do check the lamp just in case and keep posting your questions also post every question with detail.
