well what the tv is doing .... it will power on with picture and sound and after about 2 to 3 mins of usage it will shut down and flash all 3 indicator lights on front panel.
open the back door i can seee the bulb fire up and can see the one fan spinning on the heat sink ...what else to do what can it be.........
i thought it was a bulb but ther is a picture.
if anyone has any suggestions to try.............i tried to use a multimeter with no success .. but i wanted to know if i should order a ballast or not ... could it be the power supply.
please help.... im dyin with out my tv.

If you can see that the lamp turns ON and you still dont have a image, 
most probably your DLP chip is bad, this is a very well known issue with Samsung's. Please check the following info:

I couldn't found the DLP chip with our sponsors, they have the light engine
