I have a Samsung HL-50087W this when turned on has no piture but sound is ok. The projection blub was replaced just last year (June 09) and is lighting up when the TV is turned on. I did not reset the bulb hours when it was replaced. The set seems to come on normal (get sounds and no lamp light on power button once the lamp comes on) Would this stop the picture from coming up even though the projection blub seems to be working? If so how do I reset is I have no picture to get to the menu items discussed in earlier discussions?
Any suggestions as to what to do next?

Check your manual for a reset code. If there is one you don't have to have an image.
