Hi,
I have an HLN5065W1X that keeps freezing up with black and white pixels on screen. Is this a lamp problem or what?

First of all if you could provide us with a little more detail of the problem, and a picture might be of grate help. My first question is how often does your TV freezes? And how long dose the TV stay frozen? The only thing I can think of right now is that you have a defective DMD board, how ever try to bring up the TV menu with your remote. If the pixels also appear in the menu then its definitely the DMD board if not its something else.
