When I turn on my TV, the sound is completely crackly and there are horizontal lines that run across the entire display. The horizontal lines appear to be in front of the picture and the picture appears full and normal. Can you tell me if this is a common defect with the Samsung DLP TV(s), and what is the cost of the parts to repair the TV
