Need part numbers for ballast and power supply
Model - Samsung HLS5687WX I had a tech come out and replace my defective light tunnel at no cost - now the tv won't turn on at all and he said that I need to replace the ballast and power supply. I've tried to call and get the part numbers so that I can order them but I keep getting conflicting info...
