RCA 50" DLP. Replaced PSU, DMD board, Ballast, And Bulb. I am no longer receiving the lamp code. the 5 blink pause 5 blink cycle. The TV will turn on and it appears that there is sound. But the bulb never ignites. The power button stays solid. I hear one solid click from the ballast.

Ok. put a new OEM Phillips lamp in place and I am still getting the Lamp code. After that I tried a new ballast. still the same issue persists. I took the whole TV apart. Cleaned it. Air dusted fans and still no go. I even took a look at the color wheel and it moves freely and it not damaged. Closed...

I would say that it would be the ballast being weak. It will light the lamp but it doesn't stay lit. I am not certain. But I figured I would give some input.

I have the same problem it would seem. When I turn on the TV there is no Picture, no Sound, And I hear a click or two coming from the power supply. Took at look at the board and at least one of the caps are bad. Anyone confirm if I am on the right track.
