My HL-T4675S is putting out 712 to 730 volts going to the ballast from the power supply. Im told it sould be around 340 or so. Does this mean the power supply is bad or could it be something else?

I took the blue and brown wires off the ballast and check the voltage coming from the power supply and it still gives me over 700 volts. Could this mean that the power supply is bad or could something other than the power supply be the problem. By unhooking the ballast I would think it would take it...

The tv went out one night the three lights came on showing a lamp problem. I bought a new lamp didnt work so i checked the ballast the output was 2-3volts I was told it sould have been 340-360 volts. So i bought the ballast put it in and it gives me the same volts coming out. The tv cycles 2 or 3 ti...
