Please hold until the next customer service representative can take your call. Please have your order and television information ready so we can better assist you. If you've just received your lamp and you’re having problems with your television, please be ready with the symptoms of your current lamp as well as your previous lamp. For problems with a part, please make sure your television has been properly diagnosed by a certified technican.  Multiple components could cause the television to fail and replacing just one component may not solve your problem.
